  • No. We don’t believe in binding contracts. You can start or stop service at any time. We earn your continued business by doing great work.

  • Absolutely. Our technicians are trained to assess your situation and recommend the right solution. We’ll inspect your property and explain our recommendations clearly before any work begins.

  • In most cases, we can schedule service within 1–2 business days. For urgent situations, we’ll do our best to prioritize your appointment.

  • Sentricon® is a termite baiting system installed around the perimeter of your home. Termites encounter the bait stations during their natural foraging and consume the active ingredient, which is then shared with the colony through natural termite behavior — eliminating the infestation at its source.   • Mosquitocon™ is our proprietary mosquito control program. It combines a larvicide/growth regulator that prevents mosquito eggs from hatching with Foliar Fogging treatments that target adult mosquitoes in areas where they rest and breed. Treatments are scheduled monthly during the active season.
